At Dentsu Creative, we work for a wide range of clients, many of whom are top international brands with clients in the millions range. Our agency creates digital products, brand identities, as well as campaigns, and now we’re looking for somebody to join our Experience Design team.
We expect you to be a creative and open-minded team player who knows all the lovely features of Figma but meantime you’re not afraid to use Photoshop or Illustrator either. It’s a massive plus if you’re comfortable with 3D software or motion design tools.
What you would be doing
- Working on everything from beautiful, well-reasoned UI concepts to polished UI specifications for development teams, to interactive mockups
- Collaborating in small agile groups with other talented UI, UX & Service designers
- Working with global brands on domestic and international projects covering a diverse range of industries
- Pushing the envelope of what's possible to build, given specific project & technical constraints
- Contributing to innovative design solutions for real business problems
- Constantly learning from and inspiring those around you in the team
What we look for
- Have 4+ years of experience in the field of UI, product, or graphic design with a great demonstration of your skills
- Proficiency in modern collaborative design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Experience working within a collaborative team, not just as a lone ranger
- Ability and confidence to generate final UI designs from UX concept sketches & wireframes
- Knowledge and experience with design systems and modular principles
- Understanding of responsive design principles and modern web standards
- Ability to mentor and help our junior members to become great designers
- Simultaneously care about big-picture goals & small scale details
- Working proficiency in English (written & spoken)
