What you would be doing
- Planning and managing design processes from proposal to delivery;
- Overseeing and co-creating high-quality UX deliverables, such as wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Collaborating with design researchers, strategists, UI designers, UX designers, project managers, developers and business stakeholders;
- Directly communicating with our international clients (even on C-level), representing our design team throughout the project lifecycle;
- Supporting our efforts in creating business opportunities, including pitching, proposals and lead generation.
- Actively driving Isobar’s design excellence by mentoring and thought leadership, even in our global networkű
- Pricing and estimating upcoming work as well as workload planning and team resource allocation
- Leading & supervising RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in our tendering processes
What we look for
- Have 5+ years experience in the field of UX, product or experience design, preferably in client-facing roles;
- Have a solid understanding of user research and proven skills to define problems and concepts, build processes and deliver prototypes for superior user experience;
- Be proficient at contemporary design tools and methods;
- Love working in cross-disciplinary, international teams, both within our agency and out in the corporate wilderness;
- Put the human experience in the center, but back it up with research;
- Have a business mindset and a solid understanding of technological feasibility – that you are always ready to deliver on;
- Have great communication skills towards both team and client;
- Have experience with coordinating both design process and team resources to support high quality delivery;
- Be ready to take thought leadership on design processes, methodology or technology, and help our non-designer clients fully onboard to our work (and cheer);
- Speak English fluently and write it equally well;
- Be able to mentor and help our team members to become great designers
