We are looking for you, if you are are a creative and open-minded team player who knows all the lovely features of Figma but not afraid to use Photoshop or Illustrator either. It’s a massive plus if you are comfortable with no-code, 3D or motion design tools.
What you would be doing
- Supporting your team to create awe-inspiring design solutions in the highest quality, whether it is an immersive landing page or a complex design system
- Collaborating with our talented team of researchers, strategists, UX designers, project managers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Working on a wide range of tasks for our global clients, on both domestic and international projects
- Expanding boundaries by always delivering the best possible design under the project's limited possibilities
- Creating innovative solutions for real-life business challenges
- Actively driving Dentsu Creative’s design excellence in both our network and at meetups or conferences
- Learning from your peers while becoming a source of inspiration for them
What we look for
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the field of UI, product, or graphic design with a great demonstration of your skills - Be proficient in contemporary design tools (Figma etc.)
- Have a solid experience working with and optimizing design systems
- Can create and execute design strategy, taking into account both business obejctives and user needs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead and inspire an entire design team - Experience with managing large projects, including a strict adherence to deadlines and budget
- Speak English fluently and write it equally well
- Committed to innovation, constantly seeking novel tools and solutions to improve design work and processes
- Love working in cross-disciplinary, international teams, both within our agency and out in the corporate wilderness
